A Personal Note
I live on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, nestled between forest and ocean. I begin each day with a walk in my garden, gathering herbs and flowers for a sun-kissed bowl of vibrational water, and I close the day with starlight and intention.
I believe in the healing power of presence, beauty, and remembering who we really are.
And like you, I’m continually doing my own inner work—listening, learning, and honoring the unfolding path. Real growth is a shared journey, and I meet each client with presence and care. I love to paint, collage and create. I travel when I can to the tropics as I am an Australian/ Canadian.

I’m Michele Lilyanna, the founder of Coaching Into Full Bloom—a holistic coaching practice that helps women turn inward and listen deeply to the wisdom of their body and soul.
I bring over 30 years of experience in education, emotional well-being, and creative expression. After decades of teaching and guiding others in the classroom, my focus now is on supporting sensitive, intuitive, and soulful women—especially those in their 20s through midlife—who are ready to live in deeper alignment with their inner truth.
In my work, we slow down just enough to hear what’s true beneath the surface. We meet stuck places with compassion and curiosity, uncovering clarity and cultivating self-trust. You don’t need to be fixed—you need space to be heard, held, and gently guided inward.
I combine neuroscience-informed tools, somatic practices, creative rituals, and deep listening to support sustainable, embodied transformation. This is coaching for the whole of you—mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that supports you in creating meaningful change from the inside out.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, life coaching invites you to explore your present experience and future desires with curiosity and courage. As a certified MindBodyFood Institute coach, I support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom—body, mind, and heart—so that you can take aligned steps toward the life you long to live.
Together, we gently uncover limiting patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and explore new possibilities. Through powerful questions, reflective practices, somatic awareness, and intentional action, coaching helps you move through blocks and into greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
This integrative approach honors that lasting transformation comes not from pushing harder, but from tuning in more deeply.
